meal 2:
protein shake (on whey with milk), fruit
meal 3: 4oz ground beef kidney beans and 1 cup of rice (cooked as chilli)
meal 4:Same as 2
Meal 5: 4oz chicken breast 1 cup of rice 1 cup of broccoli
meal 6: one scoop of ON whey mixed with milk, a medium banana and 1tsp cashew butter.
on workout days I consume 1 scoop of on whey in water with a banana pre workout, and post workout 4 scoop of EAS mass factor in water.
