I asked this in a earlier thread with no response, so lets try again. I am preparing for a Superdrol cycle and im curious about my diet. I am 31, 5-10 and weigh between 199-202, depending on the day. In May of last year i was pushing 270 on the scales and through a lot of hardwork and dedication i am down to my current weight. I lost this weight with a low carb diet, and solid lifting with moderate cardio. I still want to cut some fat but i also want to gain some lean mass too. I said all that to say this, i am very excited about this Superdrol cyle and it's potential gains. I am terrified of carbs, as i cut them to cut my weight. My diet now consist of lean carbs, i.e. green veggies, chicken, fish, and beef, and a low carb whey protein. If i continue this diet, can i still gain the mass and cut the fat, or should i take a different approach while on this PH cycle. Thanks in advance for all the help and advice!

You can't gain muscle and loss fat at the same time. It's that simple.

So what kind of diet am i looking for. I definitly dont wanna pack on the pounds unless its lean mass. Should i try to do some extreme cutting and then do my cycle, or do my cycle then do my cutting! I have all my stuff for my cycle, just havent started yet. I wanna do this right, so i am really trying to get all my ducks in a row, instead of jumping in head first.

I am not sure as far as Superdrol goes. I would make a thread about that in the anabolic section. Is it geared towards cutting or adding muscle? Either way you're not going to pack on lean mass only - it's not even possible. Even if you do gain some fat you're still going to end up looking better. If you have a lot of unwanted fat right now you may want to try a cutting diet then when you drop some weight do a bulking diet. It sounds to me like you have a fear of bulking up because of your weight loss. You need to get past that, and do it. As long as you have a good diet, and keep lifting your still going to look great even with weight gains. A lot of that will be muscle too.

Yes you can. Just keep eating clean and you can stay lean and gain mass. if you find the foods that work for you they can actually partition very well and you can add muscle tissue. Keep protein high and time it right. Keep carbs in there at the individual level you need to push the process but make certain they are clean carbs whichever ones work for you. For a lot of people they are brown rice and some sweet and other potatoes and legumes like peas and some beans.
