bulking and cutting

hey guys. right now I am in the middle of my second cycle. 5'10 and around 180. I'm on week 7 of a 12 week sustanon cycle. I have had decent gains(not as much as I was hoping for) but as of lately It seems like I've gained a lot of fat. I know for a fact my diet is in check. could you guess my current body fat percentage? and also. I want to continue bulking as im not nearly as big as I want to be, but I want to get my leanness back. would doing cardio 3x a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach be good? I was also thinking of a tren cycle to cut and also gain some muscle. could the look I have now be the bloat from sustanon?
 
I would say around 20%.
As for cardio, i do it even when bulking. I perfer quality muscle gains over quick gains that also produce fat and water

If your not spot on with diet and training it is very possible to increase BF% If I were you I would just do a low dose test cycle with a proper AI and get as lean as possible and then work up from there. With the presence of body fat gear just does not work as well. If your going the body building route you need to be lean first then learn proper training and diet then after you have gotten as far as you can naturally go for gear if you want more. Otherwise you just spin your wheels fighting high levels of increase body fat and estrogen.

Tren will hurt you more than help you.
 
Yeah could just be some bloat from estrogen. Tweek the carbs and add in some cardio and make sure your AI is legit.
