Damn, bulking is hard. Harder than cutting I reckon and my metabolism is slower than it was when I was in my 20s.

My main problem is that I don't enjoy food that much. I look upon it as fuel and a necessity, weird innit?

Hardest for me in the morning. The only thing I can put into my stomach when I wake up is a large glass of orange juice. After an hour I have coffee and a slice of toast with jam. It's 10am right now, I had coffee and toast at 8, it's time to eat again and damn, the effort. :p

So I'm thinking porridge. Porridge is just oatmeal right? And I see Oatmeal as a standard diet for many lifters. My mum used to cook porridge in the morning so as it's in the psyche I reckon I could handle it. Trouble is, I just can't get it in my area of Japan. So can anyone recommend a supplier that would ship some international? Also need to get some Protein powder shipped. So many things I'm missing out due to where I live.

I emailed Allthewhey to see if they'll ship to Japan. These guys will:

Maximuscle’s Promax Extreme™ | Anabolic protein supplement
Protein Powder
Bodybuilding.com - Optimum 100% Whey Protein - With Faster-Acting HYDROWHEY! On sale now!

Any comments on these Protein product?

Found a local source:

Online Oatmeal shopping continues. :p

Seem to remember alot of people talking about ON Whey. $80 for 10lb plus $60 for shipping makes me sad.

Protein powder solved. My gym actually sold some. My not be the dog's danglies of whey protein but my diet is now +60g of protein if I have one in the morning, one in the afternoon (post-workout) and one in the evening.

I have no qualms of drinking 60g shakes. :D

Is that the norm?

Damn that has to be hard to digest
