Looking for advice on a bulking diet. Just finished back to back BB shows and currently 160 lbs, 5' 7", 50 years old. My nutrition plan is below and welcome any feedback. I train early morning and in addition to the supplements listed I take a test booster, fish oil, and multi vitamin.
