Bulking Diet and Supplementation

Looking for advice on a bulking diet. Just finished back to back BB shows and currently 160 lbs, 5' 7", 50 years old. My nutrition plan is below and welcome any feedback. I train early morning and in addition to the supplements listed I take a test booster, fish oil, and multi vitamin.

Meal 1
Pre Workout
Whey
Post Workout
Protein shake with whey and casein blend

Meal 2
8 egg whites with 2 yolks
1 cup oatmeal
BCAA
Creatine

Meal 3
8 oz steak
6 whites
potato

Meal 4
12 oz steak
1 cup white rice

Meal 5
8 oz chicken
Potato or Pasta
BCAA

Meal 6
6 Egg white omelette with 4 oz chicken and potato
Creatine
 
How come no liquid carbs added intra and post training? I have found these to be most beneficial in addition to some added BCAA's.
