I could use some help with my diet. I am currently bulking and while I am happy with the content of my diet I'm confused about when to take a weight gain supplememnt instead of a meal.

I'm eating six meals a day and I find it hard to digest all that food. How often should I eat ( every 3 hours?) and should I replace some meals with a weight gain supplement and if so how many meals should I change from food to supplement?

I have made some gains but I notice I am gaining weight (fat  ) around my waist. If I do cardio to minimise my waist gains :hmmm: ...will it make my overall weigh gain plan more difficult.

I'd appreciate any advise, suggestions and help from more experienced guys.

I have done some waist's exercises and long-distance running for decrease fat that something around waist.

The draw back of a bulk is that you will, inevitably, gain some bf. If you feel that you are gaining too much (or too quickly) than cut down your calories a bit. As far as cardio, stick to high intensity intervals, that's the best.

What do you mean by weight gain supplement? Do you mean just whey protein or is it an actual weight gain mix? If the later I personally would scrap that, whole food sources are always best.

ey man right in the morning for a weight gainer is the best so you can keep the rest of the day to eat natural foods and itll help you keep down ur bf

dude, live it up!!!!!!!! lol
