I could use some help with my diet. I am currently bulking and while I am happy with the content of my diet I'm confused about when to take a weight gain supplememnt instead of a meal.
I'm eating six meals a day and I find it hard to digest all that food. How often should I eat ( every 3 hours?) and should I replace some meals with a weight gain supplement and if so how many meals should I change from food to supplement?
I have made some gains but I notice I am gaining weight (fat
) around my waist. If I do cardio to minimise my waist gains
...will it make my overall weigh gain plan more difficult.
I'd appreciate any advise, suggestions and help from more experienced guys.
