This week I will finish my first mesocycle (9 weeks) using the power-reprange-shock program developed by Eric Broser(GoPro). I have not maxed out to see how much I have improved my 1RM on main compounds but to summarize:

I have been eating around 4500 calories a day. Based on my muscle definition, I dont feel I have put on any fat. I can clearly see my abs, pec and delt striations, etc. These results really excite me and I am even more motivated than before. Looking to hit that 200# mark!
