im bulking right now... im working out 6 times a week ( weights 4-5 times a week). My goal is to gain at least 10 pounds of lean muscle.
The problem is its not easy for me to gain weight, so I was wondering if consuming carbs with protein for my last meal would be OK.
Would a "healthy" PB & J sandwich be ok if I'm bulking? (whole grain bread, natty PB, sugar-free jam). Maybe even pasta? Or is it best to stick to brown rice and oats with protein before bed?
