BULKING routine for

Alright bros, I need some advise. I use to be a member with the hardcore bodybuilding (fitnessboard forum), but it got hacked to many times and the company shut it down:confused: .. Well any ways my main question is : For my supplements is this to much?? stack 1-test & paradrol & maybe EQ, creatine ( inwhich I'll mix some dextrose) , 100% whey protein. 6 meals a day:

6am:1 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana,3 strawberries, 1 scoop whey protein, 2 egg whts, & 1 tablespoon natty pb

10am: can of tuna on tuesday & thursday, 30 gr. protein bar on monday & wed. & fri.

1pm: turkey sandwich w/ 2 pieces 100% whole wheat bread, 1 slice of cheese & lower fat mayo, lettuce, 1 apple, 2 cups of kidney beans

3pm: 1 cup brown rice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon natty pb, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 scoop whey protein

430pm: 1 can of tuna, 1 cup of oats

(workout)

(post workout) protein shake w/ 5 tablespoons of honey

830pm:1 skinless chicken breast, 2 cups of broccoli, 1 tablespoon of natty pb

10pm: 1 scoop whey protein, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil, 2 cups of skim milk

Totals:
5202 cal
400 g/pro
800 g/carbs
105 g/fat

Tell me what you guys think of this!!!!!!

Your diet looks pretty nice for bulking. As you go along make sure you are putting on a good amount of muscle along with some fat. If you feel you are adding too much fat, then add some protein and cut back carbs.

As for supps...the 1-Test is very good. For bulking I would combine it with 4-AD rather than EQ. Paradrol would be awesome, but it isn't available yet (and may never be). Creatine is great too, however, you may wish to hold off on it until AFTER you finish your prohormone cycle. This will allow you to load creatine as you finish the 1-Test which will help you keep your weight and strength levels up!
 
Thx gopro! Why do I want to bulk? Well I'm getting two different outlooks from some friends. 1st: several guys are telling me bulk, bulk,bulk. 2nd: another guy told me to cut,because I am already big enough! So I'm not really sure right now..... I wanna get to 250lbs... 10-15%bf... I want to get HUGE( with what ever means poss.):mad: ............I was planning to bulk up, then hit it with a cutting cycle! what do u think????
 
Well, it is really up to you. I would not be happy at 25% bodyfat, which is what you say you currently are. I am almost uncomfortable now at 13.5 % BF and can't wait to cut! You will not be able to get to 250 lbs AND drop 10-15% bodyfat anytime soon (unless illegal drugs are used). You can either try to bulk to 250 while keeping your bodyfat constant or drop back to 10-15% bodyfat and then build from there.
