Ok I wanted to try the the bulkin diet in the stickies when i first started but was much to light, so now I'm at the stats where I'm able to take this thing on! I just have a question with meal 6 training days.
This works well for me b/c I train late at night but shouldn't there be some proteins? I was figuring it was the 8-10 oz's which was stated in meal 6 (non training days) Am I rite?
