meal 1

6 large egg whites
1 bowl of oats with 1 cup of semi skimmed milk
1 apple/banana

meal 2

Protein shake made with semi skimmed milk
30g protein

meal 3

1 med baked potato/ 1 cup brown rice
Green veggies
1 med chicken breast (equivelent in thighs/wings)

meal 4
(same as 2)

meal 5

(Same as 3)

meal 6
(Same as 2)

3 ltrs of water a day
a few cups of white coffee ( no sugar)
4 fish oil caps and 2 flax caps
 
Have posted starts etc before and I cba to post them again eventually I am going to cut back on shakes and introduce whole food meals. I am 21 around 5 ft 10 and whey about 140lbs.
 
agreed that is alot of shakes. Please post total Macros and Cals.

Not much Veggies or fruit.
 
Well am havin apples/ bananas/ oranges, and green veggies with every meal
 
balance ur meals out a bit more... imo have carbs/proteins/fats every meal not every second meal ... forcefeed if u have to , ull get bigger
 
IF you're bulking i see no harm in having a few yolks with those egg whites. There's vitamins and such in them too, and abit of protein and fat. It's what Rocky would do.

Yeh agreed, I dont see any reason why you shouldnt eat the yolks, as long as you dont eat too many. Everything in moderation.
 
Tried before and I cant force down six whole meals, thats why I am startin with protein shakes and building up from there, may have some oats etc with them to make them more of an MRP. How baout 3 whole eggs and two whites?

Its not skimmed its what americans call 1/2 fat and its what my family buy, might have to start buyin full fat milk as I am buying eggs, chicken and rice atm
