I ask a professionnal that i want to bulk and he made me this:
workout drink : Ravito (Maltodextrine) 40 gr

post workout drink: whey 20 gr
Ravito (Maltodextrine) 45 gr
Ravito (Maltodextrine) 45 gr
bcaa 5 gr
glutamine 10 gr
vitamin c 500 mg
vitamin e 400 ui
15 minutes before sleep: caseinate 30gr
glutamine 10gr
flax oil 15ml
rasberries 1 cup
and i eat a lot of clean calories
is everything ok? should i add or remove something? maybe some creatine....before or after my workout? and he told me it will be good tp add phosphatidylserine to low down my cortisol level....sorry for my english.. i'm french...
