Hi ya i was hoping somebody could help me out here with a few questions ??

Ive been bodybuilding on and off for a year and half now and made some good gains of muscle on chest and biceps without diet and without a proper exercise plan !!!

Now i want to get back into it seriously i train 5 days a week with rest at weekend my aim is to gain lean muscle mass and weigh around 13.5 stone with as less fat (SAG) as possible !!!

Would any form of cardio workout affect gaining muscle mass ??
Would Creatine and Whey protein benefit ??
Why do i have fat over the muscle ive gained (Starting of Bitch Tits)??

Hope someone can help me out man cus i need it

These are all valid questions and each has been answered at one time or another in this forum. I suggest you do a search and read the stickeis. There is a lot to learn around here. BTW asking qustions is a great first step if you are really serious. Keep it up.
