I have always wondered what drinking caffeine, especially something like coffee has on a "wash out" effect on supplements. I have read that its recommended not to drink with a Multi.vitiaman.
I would hate to think that some of the supplements that I take might average as much as 5 dollars a day total.
I see that many preworkout formulations contain caffeine, but thats probably different than a liquid form.
any thoughts would be appreciated.
