Does anyone take any caffeine pills before a workout? I find that sometimes afer a hard day or a day that needs an extra kick i take ~350mg of caffeine in the form of Pro Plus.
I find it helps and thre was a report on the BBC website that extra caffeine helps burn fat during aerobic exercise.
