caffeine cycling

I couldn't find any threads that dealt with this, so i am gonna ask.
Presently i take 200mg caffeine (pill) 1-1.5hr before hitting the weights. (meal at 3:30-4, caffeine pill at about 5, weights at 6-6:30) I do this 3-4 times a week.
a)Is it recommended that i do this for a certain amount of time and then discontinue? if so, what would be the recommended time frames?
b)does it matter taking it on a cut or bulk (i don't think so, but just asking to be sure)?

Caffeine by itself is basically just good for energy. Over time your body will get used to the dosage you are taking and you won't feel the same boost that you did when you started so when that happens just lay off the pills for a little bit then start taking them again or just increase the dosing. As far as bulking and cutting go with caffeine, it basically depends on your cardio routine. You will have more energy with caffeine so technically you could workout longer, thus burning more calories. If you were trying to bulk up though, i personally don't think you should do cardio or do very little cardio. If you wanted to do a cutting cycle you should probably use an ECA stack rather than just caffeine.
 
Just add Ephedrine and aspirin . . . and you have an ECA stack (like gococks said).
 
But where to buy Ephedrine??

Is it still legal in Canada?
 
Thanks guys. I use the caffine to pep me up for a workout. Presently i am loosing about 1lb/week on this cut. So am not sure if i need to suppliment it with the ephedrine right now. Maybe i should wait and see if i hit a plateau and then include the ephedrine?
I didnt do this when i was on a bulk and was a bit concerned about the caffine and if i should cut it off at a point.
