In short, is it any better than normal vitamin water?
I drink a lot of Propel water as opposed to Gatoraide or whatever sports drink. I know it's probably overpriced and normal water is just as good for me but the taste allows me to drink more, which is a good thing.
Now that I have my excuse out of the way... They make a "calcium" version of their water and I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on that? Would it be unwise to switch exclusively to that.
By the way, I only drink propel in addition to the massive amounts of regular water I consume before/during/after workouts. It's sort of my inbetween drink.
