Personally, after great leg w/o's, my calves will cramp up if I'm running that evening or playing sports. My best suggestion is to stay well-hydrated, from water or gatorade.
Drink a lot of water through the day...more while and after a workout.....and after you get done lifting you can eat a banana to get some potassium. I would get your potassium from food because its easy to OD on it when supplementing with pills.
