Anyone have any idea the nutrient info on a california roll (rice, crab,avocado rolled in seeweed?) I just had 3...I'm assuming it can't be too bad...It sounds like a bal of protein/fat/carbs.Just curious.

Haven't got a clue....if you made it yourself you can count the individual items....if not you'll have to guesstimate :shrug:
 
Best I can do is this -- Fitday lists the following for 1 piece of sushi (that doesn't include the avocado which is high in fat so I'd add some fat):
