I have a business trip out there next week, I will have to drive right through the parts already burnt. I feel for all involved from the families losing homes and loved ones to the firefighters working 48 hours straight.

I just yaked with DV,he was in SanDiego last year,he's back in San Jose,he's doing fine working LOOOOOOOOONG hrs!!!

I'm here, last year this time I was in a few of the towns that are gone now. That's kinda freaky.

But yes I'm back in San Jose, just don't have as much time to do anything til I get settled into my new job.

at least the weather is cooperating. it's close to 30 degrees cooler than it was last weekend, the dry santa ana winds have stopped (still some wind though) and it was actually drizzling this morning so the humidity level is way up as well.

hopefully they can start getting more containment in the next couple of days.
