Emma or any other Aussies, have you heard of the 'Calorie king nutrition and excericise manager' (software), if so is it any good? are the calories listed in it accurate?

I have heard of it, but I am not familiar with it.
I have used www.dietclub.com.au - the Australian website for calorie king... it is not too bad... But there are certainly mistakes and I do not find it as accurate or as useful as www.nutritiondata.com ... (but with nutritiondata you have to make sure you remember the site is in American measurements)... The pantry tool on nutritiondata is a pretty good tool too - especially for recipe's and for looking at detailed nutritional info of foods..
I find www.nutridiary.com to be pretty good as far as 'daily trackers' go - although it is also American so measurements are American... you would have to enter many foods as 'custom foods' due to them not being available on that site.
