Calories for Recomp?

How many calories a day should I eat for a recomp?

Im 220 17% ish bf.

Thats a tuff question to.answer....alot of factors play into that....

I know this does not answer your question , doesn't it seem easier to just measure protein,carb,fats(grams) ratios seems to me at the end of day thats what matters.
