calories vrs beer

hi people . i have a doubt
how calculatw the calories on the beer.

i hope there's a better answer out there, but, for me, if the beer doesn't include how many calories it is on the label, i assume that means it is a butt-load. light beers, on the other hand, seem to fall in the 90-130 calorie range.

uhh....don't drink beer...or any alcoholic beverage for that matter....right now I'm bulking hardcore style and I'm puttin some fat on in the process...but a lot of empty calories from things like junk food and alcohol will put nothing BUT fat on you....

But by the look of it:
Light = 350g (12 fl oz) is ~100 cals
Regular = 350g (12 lf oz) is ~140 cals
