Okay I know this sounds lazy but how many calories do you think I should eat in 1 day? I am 6'0 235-240 pounds i dont remeber.
 
I dont have xlc or whatever that format is and im trying to loose weight soemone said x by weight and its 2500 cal

I guess your body fat is high. You should consider a cut for now.

Yuh I do but to lazy to plan it out, I have it in my journal im gonna jot down.
