can a cycle cause back and leg pain

I had some back pain that went away I had before the cycle. Now I have got pain in my left leg starts at my ass and goes down my front of my leg. It painful to walk with it. The pain was just in my ass before I did squats yestarday morning. I went really light thinking it would stretch me out. I have injected in that quad but i dont feel a lump or anything and it was 1/2cc of tren a that was the day before. I have never had this pain before.

Here is my full cycle.
The tren a 1/2 cc daily test cyp 1/2 2xweek
exemestane 12.5mg per day
T3 100 mcg per day.
prolactorone 1 pill in the am and 2 in the evening.
T3 liquid research chems.

Came of clen couple days ago.
