I'm currently cutting for a holiday in less than 10 days, the diet im doing at the moment is somewhat keto/low carb. The thing is I'm a student so eating clean and lean is expensive so I get about 200g of my protein each day from shakes.
The only real foods im eating I guess are 3 eggs in the morning and chicken in the evening. The rest is 3-4 protein shakes and about 700g brocolli, throughout the day/
Whats everyones opinion on getting most of my protein from shakes? If I'm taking my daily multi, fish oil and eating almost a kilo of brocolli a day is there anything wrong with shakes being the main source of protein?
