Since my last post a few days ago I went up to 3500 cals and 275g of protein. I'm up 8lbs in 4 days lol. Abs aren't as defined but I'm packin on the pounds like nothing. Strength is up and felling good. Might cut down to 3200 cals and keep protein at 275g.
All you need to do is add 2 PB and J sandwiches with about 5x the PB of a normal sandwich to your diet per day and putting on weight is easy!!
