Can you shake igf1 des?

[FONT=&#23435]About to do some research with igf des. It says to shake well on the bottle? I thought when reconstituting a peptide you shouldnt directly pour on the peptide or shake a vial during recon? [/FONT]

Never shake or shoot back water into puck.I never seen a bottle or heard of a bottle saying shake well either.
