Ok guy's considering running a Carb blocker for the month of december just till the holidays is over do these work or is it just another placebo?? Muchuos Gracias for any assistance! :nerd:

There goes some tumbleweed zzz must be a bad product if nobody got nothing to say... :nerd:

Probably the most logical solution, but always nice to have an edge on the situation.. :)

So I'd suggest a glucose disposal agent such as Genomyx Slin-Sane or AI Sports Glycobol. Aim for 30-45 minutes before meals (and only take with meals with carbs as directed on the label) and you should be pretty set. Also if you are taking creatine, increased creatine utilization is something that has been observed with some of the GDA's out there

why on earth

Why would you want to take a carb blocker. But, I wouldn't worry about drugs for that. Just change your diet bud. That is the simplest solution.

Yes, I believe that a GDA would be better as at least it can help better utilize the carbohydrates. Diet is still a per-requisite.
