Hi all,
I've been more or less using TP's carb cycling method for about 5 months and for the most part I've been maintaining due to periods of being strict and then days I'm not. I've really found this site very helpful since there are so many journals of individuals who have gone on CC programs to reach their goals. Jodi's journals and insight have been extrememly helpful to me. Anyhow...I was interested in opinions (especially jodi's) on some things. I know its been a while since a lot of these journals I've been reading and I wasn't sure if ideas and opinions have changed since. Working out on no carb days seems to be common. I have always put rest days on no days and thought that any intense activity (weight lifting and HIIT) would be counterproductive since you couldn't have carbs PWO. I don't care how difficult it is, its just that I've been more or less cutting for quite some time and plan to continue over the summer and I don't want to do more damage than good. I believe I am an endomorph (I was a fat offensive/defensive lineman all through highschool and into college @ 250lbs) and am now down to ~180 @ 5'11''. For my body type is this really an issue even. The other thing I'm not sure about is whether or not the workouts on carb days I see are a product of just fitting workouts into ones schedule or they are intentionally placed on no carb days. Also, I really like the idea of the two week bulk/cut cycles that jodi employed. I was wondering if jodi still liked these and found them useful. I get bored easily (one of the reasons I like CC) and this seems like something that would keep me on my toes and sane. I hope to start up a journal here eventually. Thanks in advance.

As an endomorph would a good starting point be the Hi No Lo repeat cycle or should I maybe try Hi No Lo No repeat. I can always fit in a workout and meals with my job so I don't need to plan my cycle around the work week..its not an issue.
