Is there any reason why you want to do 2 low carb days or 2 no carb days back to back?

The plan as TP outlined it works very well. Use it as directed, and tweak it later if need be.

I was just wondering if it is good idea to do every 3 weeks or so

I know its tempting. You think that if one no carb day is good, then 2 would be great. But it doesnt work that way - you might begin sacrificing more lbm, and at the very least you'll lack energy in the gym.

The whole point of this plan is to lose fat gradually, preserving as much lbm as possible, and still keeping a good amount of carbs in the diet to keep yourself from going insane. Ive been using it for several weeks now, and it works beautifully. It almost feels like being on a bulk, yet youre still dropping fat. It's the first cut ive been on where my weights are still increasing.

Use it as directed, and it'll work. Trust the plan, TP knows what he's talking about.

There are, of course, plenty of other diets to choose from if youre really obsessed with having low carbs. Check out the stickied threads at the top of this forum.

 Nice post! ;) Couldn't have said it better myself and even with a somewhat sarcastic ending.

Unless you have an expert 'tweaking' your program, and putting you through what seems like it'll be torture for the weeks ahead. :shake: :funny: :funny: :funny:
