Iam looking to lose 70 to 80lbs Im very experienced in lifting but not really experienced at putting a diet together anyways i came across carb cycling been reading and reading about it and saw people who have done very well on it my question is if Im not mistaking there are different phases you can use such as 2 days no carb and the 3rd day low carb ,for a person such as myself who is trying to to lose 70 to 80lbs what type of phase on this diet should i run to lose as much weight/bodyfat as possible . Anyone feel free to chime in and jodi if your out there your help would most appreciated as well
