Hello
No i do not mean high glycemic carbs like glucose. I mean slices of sweet potatoes (the chestnut flavour ones) who have been cooked very well and are digested pretty easily.
Instead of taking these post workout with my protein shake , I tried today eating a slice of them with each exercise . It actually looked that it helped me having a smooth workout with larger pumps . When i finished i took my protein shake.
So , what ur idea around this? I am referring to weight lifting exercise.
