Cardio after/beofre eating

lets say you have a meal that you are going to eat.

When is the best time to do cardio?
Before?Shortly after?Later on?

Keep in mind that th meal is less than 400calories and is for a cut diet.

Hahaha.

The short version is that it helps insure that no muscle catabolism takes place. You want to increase your total caloric expenditure for the day and potentially instigate a lasting metabolic boost if you choose to train at sufficient intensity. Training with low blood sugar levels is also a good way to make yourself feel like shit.
