Cardio and Bulking...?

For the past 5 months I've ran 6 days a week; Got up to 3 miles a day. I did this with a low cal diet, and lost 50lbs of fat. Now I'm trying to bulk up....say about 20-25 lbs.

I have had some people tell only 5-10 minutes a day of cardio. Others have just said stop running all together. I've cut running down to twice a week, 3 miles on Wed and Sat.

What do you suggest? None, a little everyday, or keep up the long runs twice a week?
 
If your main goal is to put on LBM then I'd say drop the cardio, you'll put on some fat as well but you can always cut back again.

If you still want to keep the running, try to keep it at no more than twice a week and adjust your diet. you will still gain mass but it won't be as easy.
 
OK, good deal. I'll drop the running. I was getting burned out on anyway. 6 days a week x 5 months....uugh.
