For the past 5 months I've ran 6 days a week; Got up to 3 miles a day. I did this with a low cal diet, and lost 50lbs of fat. Now I'm trying to bulk up....say about 20-25 lbs.
I have had some people tell only 5-10 minutes a day of cardio. Others have just said stop running all together. I've cut running down to twice a week, 3 miles on Wed and Sat.
What do you suggest? None, a little everyday, or keep up the long runs twice a week?
