I know if a person is trying to gain muscle mass, by right he/she shouldn't do Cardio as it'll prevent the muscles from growing. However, I'm so use to run at least 3 times weekly, so cutting away from it makes me plain uncomfortable. So...
If I happen to do Cardio that day (before I lift weights), BUT after that, I gobble up a load of no fat/high protein food like beans and tofu. In this case, am I able to benefit both ways in Running, but NOT losing the muscles since I eat alot more protein that day?
Another thing, I'm sticking with this training one department weekly plan, but will it be better if I increase it to twice weekly (for Biceps, Triceps only) instead, with 3 days rest in between?

I don't have a great body, but as long as I work hard like now, I'm gonna reach there.
