So I was wondering if Someone could tell me what is the difference in effect of cardio pre workout, as a posed to post workout?

Depending on intensity, pre-workout cardio will burn out the glycogen your body will need for lifting. PWO cardio (depending on intensity) will primarily use fat as fuel. Some people like a 5-10min walk on a treadmill pre-wo, but I wouldn't consider that "cardio".

Good to know that, my girl is going to start going to the gym and I was wondering how and when to incorporate some simple weight lifting.

Money thanks for the response! I've been running post and killing it really pushing hard at the end of my run trying to burn the last of the fat off my abs! I've been dieting hard and running every day I was running five miles a day but dropped it down to two and a half because I didn't want too much running to hinder growth!

I personally keep my weight lifting a running separate. If you have the time I recommend you trying this and seeing how you like it.

This is how I would've answered.

I always do it post lifting if I do it at all. But I strip down without much cardio at all. Diet is king ;)
