Hello I'm trying to cut fat so I've been doing cardio 4 day/week running 3 miles each day. I run 1st thing in the morning w/o eating before running. I am not fat at all, I have a little bit of a gut but can still see my abs. So I'm also working out at nights..I'm doing the 5 day working each muscle group in day:
Mon-chest
Tues-arms, bis, tris
Wed-back
Thurs-shoulders
Fri-legs
1) I'm trying to eat 5 meals per day to diet, but what exactly should I be eating for these meals?
2) How can I cut my stomach, but still eat right to build muscle, w/o doing too much cardio that I won't be able to build?
