Not the last regular meal (as a replacement) - if that's what you mean. If you count a protein shake as one of the 6 'meals', then yes, you take it right before bed.

Thanks, I always have low fat cottage cheese about 1 hour before bed but it has started to give me indigestion. So I was just looking for an alternative.
