True dat on the free creatine @ 1fast...but I must say...just started my first Swole v.2 experience...damn..that is a really good product. Tangy Orange mixes instantly, taste like Tang, and kicks my ass. I have mixed all different kinds of creatine drinks at home, and this one is better than any of them, and the cost isn't that bad at all. I had the same expereince with Nectar...thought it was a tad expensive, but then absolutely loved the taste/mixability...I have a ton of allthwhey isolate, and it just doesn't taste as good.
