Been hearing a bit of discussion about Cellucor Products. I'm not a chemical major but recognize some of these ingredients as about useless. If anyone has the knowledge or has used these any input if they're worth the cost or total waste would be beneficial. Thanks.

I don't shop at GNC and didn;t see any relationship while reviewing the company profile. Is Cellucor a subsidiary of GNC??

GNC sells this and push this and muscle tech more than their own line. You can get every one of the Cellucor products in bullk for a fraction of the cost. Save your money. Its all marketing BS to make it look important. Half the shit is placebo and the stuff that works is way overpriced.

I'm 5'9" and have been stuck at around 200lbs for about 3 months. I'm not fat ( I can pinch about 1 1/2 -2 inches at the waist)when sitting but certainly not cut either and could easily afford to lose about 20 lbs

My diet is close to this on a daily basis:

Outta bed 4:30am: 1x Optimum nutrition protein shake - 1 serving w/no fat milk, 1 x scoop glutamine, 1 x scoop BCAA

Breakfast: 07:30am
Oatmeal : Quaker High fiber 1 packets
1 Dannon low fat yogurt
1 medium banana
2 cups of coffee W/splenda
2 x 20oz bottled water

snack 09:30
1 x Quaker High fiber (10gms) Oatmeal
1 oz plain almonds

Lunch:11:30
Usually a chicken salad sandwich on rye w/mustard , lettuce tomato
Or
2 x grilled chicken breast with a side salad (lettuce, tomato, almonds, carrots, banana peppers, small amt of cheddar cheese, Olive oil+vinegar dressing.
or
Chilli w/side salad
or
something equal to one of the above except for Sunday's where I'll eat a cpl slice of pizza or chinese.

I work out 4-5 days a week.
Monday=chest
Tues=back
Wed = off
Thursday = bi's/tri's
Friday=off
Sat=legs
Sunday=shoulders.

Some days I combine the Bi/tri's and shoulders on 4 day weeks.
I do 15 minutes of cardio before each workout.

I use ON protein, BCAA powder, Glutamine powder, multi-vitamin, flax oil and GABA.

My calories average between 2400-2700 per day as logged on fitday according to my best guess estimate of the portion sizes I'm eating. I probably need to get a digital food scale to weigh my food because I think I may actually be eating more than I think.

I'll never stop working out but I sure would like to see some more progress towards a lower fat/higher definition physique.

Where's the cardio? If youre not doing moderate cardio after hitting the weights or not doing some type of high intensity cardio followed by moderate cardio it will be hard to lose fat. That and there is a big difference 2400 and 2700 cals. I would dial the diet down more and make sure you are sufficiently below your maintenance. You should be closer to BMR. You need to calculate your BMR, your cals burned during workouts and figure your caloric level for intake. Youre close but no cigar.
