cellulite and im a dude!

ok I hope someone has an answer. Im 26 year old male and I work out 5 times a week and im really active when I dont work, 1 hour of weights and then 30 to 45 minutes of cardio at the gym since I was 17 years old. I should have the perfect body right? but since I turned 22 I started noticing a little bit of cellulite on my abs, so I starting running more but the cellulite seems to get worst now that im 26, and although my arms and pecs are really ripped my stomach just looks disgusting, do you think I have a hormonal problem or something, this crap is anoying.

Wrong... Your abs are going to be 80% diet and you don't even mention diet.
 
Think of all of those people toiling away on the treadmills, and elipticals, and stair steppers......with love handles bouncing away, and leg tissue that looks like cottage cheese.

Its been said waaaay to many times here....

ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN, NOT IN THE GYM.
