i was currently using a creatine monohydrate and i wasnt see very good results... slim to none actually, so i decided to try a cycle of cex.
however, it says to take a dose 2 hours before a workout? is that accurate? i would usually take the monohydrate right after a workout. it also states you can take a dose right after your workout, but i only weigh 165, so i figured these "doseages" were for the average 175-180 pound person. they also try to sell alot of their other shit on the back, and the directions aren't 100% clear.
should i just take one dose 2 hours before a workout?
