boy am i off topic (sorry) but i really want to do this. will help me see my own progress too which can be hard from day to day.

are the really cheap digital cameras they have out no total crap?

if i get the pictures on disc what else do i need to put them up? any special software or anything?

nope......as long as you have a cd drive on your computer, you can pull them up!

got that. even the cheap digitals are too much money (i'm looking now)

so i guess i can take "regular" pictures and get them on disc and go from there. what are those web places that display photo albums for people? are they helpful?
