I decide to change my plan for my recomp cycle. on my last thread my plan was:
1-14 test e 250mg/wk
1-12 tren e 500mg/wk
1-4 drol 100mg/ed
5-12 t3 50mcg/ed
* Carb cycle to lose bf while gaining muscles
My new plan will be two phases: 8 weeks clean bulking (500 cals over tdee) then 8 weeks cutting (1000 cals lower than tdee)
1-16 test e 250mg/wk
1-14 tren e 400mg/wk
1-8 test prop 150mg/eod
1-4 drol 100mg/ed
7-14 t3 50mcg/ed
11-16 winny 50mg/ed (maybe)
