does it matter or make any difference to results if you train on a cheat day or cheat on a training day
or is it better to have your cheat day as a day off from training also
When you say cheat are you referring to adding in exercises or skipping exercises?
If your normal routine is a 4d split for example & your looking to add in some "small" isolation work (biceps possibly), there's nothing wrong with adding in another day here/there. It all depends on how your current routine lays out, we all run into makeup days or extras.
I think we all get caught up in thinking this weight training stuff is way more scientific than it really is. I'm guilty of it all the time.
AgreeOn a training day directly after a workout would be optimal.
