cheat meal/day - reefeds or both

do people here on a low carb diet use the refeed theory or the cheat meal day theory or both? if so how do you structure it into your week
 
I myself do a re-feed once a week do mine on wed.
Actualy don't look forward to it makes me hate carbs by afternoon.
But it's working.
 
Lol you must really load up on carbs then! I can't go long on a low carb diet, even with high carb days every 3 or 4 days.. Just get to low on energy.
 
out of curiousity, how low is everyones daily carb intake? i estimate mine to be around the 30 grams or less zone, i literally only eat Broccoli, hardboiled eggs, and either chicken/beef/pork/turkey/fish... and on refeed im all about macaroni and spaghetti and potatos yum
 
if i was on CKD I'd probably be very very close to 0g of carbs as i only eat meat/fish/eggs/chicken on CKD and choose to get my vitamins, minerals and fibre by supplemental sources, its not the healthiest option but i rarely do CKD for more than about 6 weeks anyway.

as my strength gets too low so i generally do carb cycling.

but i use cheat days and refeed days as one in the same

Both but it's pretty dependent on the dieter.

protein shake - 55gs - 210cals - 42g p - 3.3c - 3.6f
oatmeal milk - 235 cals - 12.3p - 32.7c - 6.3f
chicken breast and salad - 55cal - 8.4p - 2.2f
protein shake - 55gs - 210cals - 42g p - 3.3c - 3.6f
chicken breast with salad - 55cal - 8.4p - 2.2f
6 egg whites and whole eggs- 463cals - 37.6p -3.3c - 31.7f

had to do salads seperate on siite here is the site totals also put oatmeal with milk where i actualy have it with protein powder so i think i may need to add this to total 55gs - 210cals - 42g p - 3.3c - 3.6f
alsi i dont have whole eggs not sure how to calculate the differnce i have whites only

wednesdays i have wraps for lunch and with chicken salad, weekends i have been having cheat day sat sometimes dessert on sunday

do you ave refeed or cheat days once a week when cutting still??
