What's your diet look like in terms of macronutrients?
if i was on CKD I'd probably be very very close to 0g of carbs as i only eat meat/fish/eggs/chicken on CKD and choose to get my vitamins, minerals and fibre by supplemental sources, its not the healthiest option but i rarely do CKD for more than about 6 weeks anyway.
as my strength gets too low so i generally do carb cycling.
but i use cheat days and refeed days as one in the same
