Check out this upper/lower routine

I've been looking to switch it up from splits for a bit and designed an upper/lower routine. Just wondering what you guy's thought about it. Looking for critical opinions and advice..

Upper Body / Chest Focus (Monday)
Bench Press / 4 x 6-8
Incline Dumbbell Press / 3 x 8-10
Standing Barbell Row / 3 x 6-8
Arnold Press / 3 x 10
Barbell Shrugs / 4 x 8-10
Skullcrushers / 3 x 8-10
Preacher Curls / 3 x 6-8

Off Day (Tuesday)
Abs+Cardio

Lower Body (Wednesday)
Squat / 4 x 8-10
45 Degree Leg Press / 3 x 6-8
Leg Extension / 3 x 8-10
Stiff Legged Deadlifts / 3 x 6-8
Calf Raise / 4 x 8-10

Off Day (Thursday)

Upper Body / Back Focus (Friday)
Shoulder Press / 4 x 6-8
T-Bar Rows or One Arm Dumbell Row 4 x 8-10
Lat Pull-Downs / 4 x 8-10
Flat Dumbbell Press / 3 x 8-10
Incline Dumbbell Curls / 3 x 8-10
Close Grip Bench Press / 3 x 6-8

I'd add more posterior chain work to your lower body split. You only have one thing for hams/glutes and three for quads.
 
It doesn't look like an upper/lower routine to me. It still looks like a typical split renamed as upper/lower. I would create an equal amount of upper and lower routines and then alternate between them.
