Hi, I've been checking out this site for a while for training tips, nutrition advice, and to see what others have been dealing with. Thought I would sign up.
I have been working out steadily for almost 2 years and my current routine looks like this:
Tues: Legs/Back
-Leg Press/Leg Extensions/Leg Curls
-Lat Pull Downs/Barbell Row/Seated Rows/Chins
Thurs: Chest
-Barbell Flat Bench/DB Flat Bench/DB Incline Bench/Flys/Decline Cable Flys
Sat: Shoulders/Biceps
-DB Shoulder Press/Front Raises/Lateral Raises/Seated Rear Lateral Raise
-Barbell Curls/DB Curls/Preacher DB Curls
Sunday: Legs/Triceps
-Squats/Front Squats/Standing Calves/Seated Calves
-Triceps Extentions/French Curls/Cable Pushdowns (overhand then underhand)
