This is my training split

Sunday: Chest

Tuesday: Back

Thursday: Shoulders and triceps

Friday: Morning ( legs) afternoon (biceps)

basicly i wanted to do 3 or 5 sets of chinups for my bicep workout, but im wandering if i did that would I overtrain the back delts and lats considering my split, would it be okay?

and before you ask i do not like training biceps after back as i can only train them half arsed...

Thats because you've been training them your entire back workout. I don't think you need to do the direct bicep training. I also believe it is a bad idea to do it on a leg day, hopefully you will have used whatever energy you had on that. Adding in deadlifts on back day would increase your bicep size (Depending on how big you are). But if you're going to stick with it then you should be fine adding the chins.

Isolation exercises for bicep are very contervesial, many people think they are unnecessary to perform them because they get trained while working out back and deadlifts. However, I think some kind of bicep workout it's still necessary to stimulate the ultimate growth in them, this is from my personal experience and it might be different for different peopl though. In your case, I would say it is ok to do chins on leg day because first of all, your back had 48 hours of rest, secondly, back muscles are big muscles and don't get overtrain very easily, unlike arms. I see 3 upper days in your split & 1 lower? I would recommed balancing that out a little. If you really want to do bicep work & are worried about overtraining other areas (w/pullups), do some small iso flush work, i.e. BB curls, DB curls, etc...

I do a little bicep work after hitting my back pretty heavy. My arms are my genetic strong point, so for me, I am not sure how necessary it is, but I love the added pump.
